Welcome to CreatorCPM. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

CreatorCPM provides personalized lunar phase records based on user-specified dates and times. At the heart of every record is our Celestial Twin™ logic—a proprietary engine that bridges your personal moment with the vast history of lunar observation by calculating the Moon's precise illumination phase and matching it to authenticated photographic references from astronomical archives.

2. Product Accuracy

Our moon records represent the universal pattern of light and shadow visible from Earth, presented through what we call the Archival Perspective—ensuring a standardized, majestic astronomical frame optimized for architectural balance in multi-year collections.

• Phase-Angle Accuracy: Calculated to within 0.05° of the true lunar illumination for your specified date and time. Our internal matching engine is roughly 40 times more sensitive than human perception.
• Photographic Reference: Matched to authenticated lunar imagery from our Heritage Dataset, captured at frequent intervals to ensure visual truth.
• Illumination Pattern: Our records capture the "Soul of the Phase," providing a scientifically indistinguishable witness to the Moon as it existed in space at your chosen second.

Note: We provide the Moon's true illumination as an archival reference. We do not account for local horizon orientation (tilt) or local atmospheric conditions, maintaining visual consistency across multi-year series.

3. Digital Products

All CreatorCPM moon records are delivered as digital files (PNG format). Specifications include:

• Resolution: 4800×4800px to 15000×15000px (based on your size selection)
• DPI: 300, 400, or 500 DPI (based on your quality selection)
• Delivery: Via email within 24 hours of order completion
• Download Validity: 10 days after delivery
• Refund Policy: All sales final upon payment. Refunds only if delivery fails > 72h (see our Refund Policy)

4. Why Digital Only?

We choose to deliver exclusively digital files to ensure uncompromising quality and speed:

• Direct Quality Control: By handling only the digital creation, we guarantee the astronomical accuracy and resolution of the art file itself, without relying on third-party print suppliers who may introduce errors or delays.
• Speed of Personalization: Digital delivery allows us to generate and send your custom, scientifically-accurate moon record almost instantly.
• Freedom of Choice: You retain the freedom to choose your own preferred frame maker or print studio, ensuring the final physical product meets your personal standards for materials and finish.

5. Intellectual Property

When you purchase a moon record:

• Personal Use License: You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital file for personal purposes, including printing and framing.
• Commercial Use: Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of the digital files is prohibited without written permission.
• Ownership: CreatorCPM retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying technology, algorithms, and photographic archive.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when placing orders
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our technology
• Not use our services to create offensive, defamatory, or illegal content

7. Payment and Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept multiple payment modes as powered by Stripe; you may see different options based on your region (e.g., Credit Cards, iDeal, etc.). Prices are typically displayed in Euros (€) or as determined by Stripe's regional optimization. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account. Privacy Note: We do not store your Card, bank, or other sensitive financial details on our servers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• CreatorCPM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreatorCPM from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

11. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. However, this right does not apply to CreatorCPM purchases for the following reasons:

1. Custom-Made Products

Our moon records are manufactured according to your specific instructions (date, time, and location). As goods made to the consumer's specifications, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

2. Digital Content

By purchasing, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract (commencement of personalized file generation) and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. While our system is designed to deliver files almost instantly, please note that processing times may vary up to 24 hours during periods of high demand; the waiver of withdrawal rights applies from the moment generation begins.

Acknowledgement: You will be asked to confirm this waiver at checkout. A confirmation of this waiver will be included in your order confirmation email.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
