At CreatorCPM, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds for our custom-generated digital products.

Quick Summary:

All Sales Final: No cancellations or refunds once payment is made.
No Exceptions: Automated processing means we cannot stop an order in progress.
Non-Delivery Guarantee: Full refund ONLY if you do not receive your file within 72 hours.
Technical Support: We will always fix or regenerate incorrect files at no cost.

1. Digital Products (Moon Records)

Our digital moon records are custom-generated based on your specific date, time, and personalization choices. Due to the nature of personalized digital products:

All sales are final immediately upon payment.
Because our automated system initiates fulfillment instantly, we cannot interrupt the workflow to process cancellations once an order is confirmed.
Exception: Refunds are ONLY issued if we fail to deliver your digital file within 72 hours (3 days) of your confirmed order. If you have not received your download link after this period, you may request a full refund.

Before You Order

Please ensure you:

Review your date, time, and location selections carefully
Double-check your email address for delivery
Understand that our records show lunar illumination phase (the universal pattern visible from Earth)
Verify your chosen layout style (Circular/Spiral or Linear Grid)

2. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems with your order, we will work with you to resolve them:

Download link not received: We'll resend it immediately
File corruption or download errors: We'll provide a new download link
Incorrect date/time processing: We'll regenerate your order at no charge
Wrong specifications: If we delivered incorrect DPI or resolution, we'll regenerate

3. No Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Our system begins generating your custom high-resolution file immediately upon order confirmation. By the time you request a cancellation, your personalized digital product has effectively already been created.

The ONLY condition under which a refund is granted is if we fail to fulfill your order (deliver the download link) within 72 hours of purchase.

EU Right of Withdrawal Exclusion

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to this purchase because:

Custom-Made: The product is manufactured to your specific specifications (date, time, location).
Digital Content: You expressly consent to immediate performance (generation) and explicitly acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once this process begins.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

5. Exceptions and Special Cases

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. If you have an unusual situation, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
